It is that time of the year again. Some will celebrate and cheer. And even more might drown their sorrows in beer (if able). I am of course referring to the advancement results being out on the streets. A sincere congrats to the over 19,000 Sailors selected for advancement. For those that got the good news wear those new crows with pride, and show everyone that you deserve them. Use that increased authority wisely, handle that increased responsibility smartly. Treat that new money wisely, when it comes. For the folks that didn’t advance, don’t despair. Get them profile sheets, look towards March, and start to prepare. If you stick with it, your time will come.
